Honey Bees Napkins

How can I write a review when I NEVER received these napkins. You decided to leave the PO Box off of the shipping address ( It was there along with my physical address... ) and Mailed them USPS. I do not, repeat, do not have home delivery.. so will will get them returned to you, if not already.
3 choices.. 1- resend via USPS to PO Box 519 Boca Grande,FL.
2- send to Anne Honey 2418 W.Watrous Ave. Tampa,FL 33629 ( daughter)
3- refund my money and notify me
