Not happy

The package was delivered a day late, even though I paid extra for Fed Ex to deliver it by Dec. 10. The box to the mug was also slightly damaged. Both mugs I bought should have been packaged in a roomier box and should have been sent to Fed Ex earlier. I have not had any other late boxes from Fed Ex, only the one shipped by your company.
