Poor Printing - Plates Look Blurry

I have some older plates designed by Vicki Sawyer and absolutely love them. But these new plates seem like they are not printed the same. The color and sharpness of the images is not there. The plates look blurry. The little intricacies of Vicki's artwork require sharp focus! I am very disappointed with the lack of quality and returning the item comes at a great cost to me so I'm stuck with plates that I don't like.
