I’ve loved this image from the moment I first saw it and have searched, fruitlessly, for it on the coffee cup I was given years ago. I broke and repaired it, but hoped I could replace it, in case this unfortunate incident happened again. I was also given the Princess Grace Water Bottle, which I used every day, but, alas, also broke the stopper, so my search was on for another. I couldn’t find this either, but happily found another water bottle so I could still have this lovely, poignant image appearing in my every day life. I so wish I could find another coffee cup, but am happy to continue to use the water bottle, which keeps my iced tea truly cold and is, more or less, impervious—unless dropped down a flight of stairs, which is what happened to my last one. even then, the thermos itself was unharmed, only the stopper broke, which is a real testament to a beautifully well made, but humble, object. I adore calico cats, and would only be too happy to collect a whole series of this image of one, wearing a crown of birds, on all manner of quotidian objects—napkins, cups, plates, T-shirts, and so on (hint, hint.) all in all, a great little thermos, and a fair price, too. I would recommend it w/o hesitation.
I love these water bottles. This is my second one. They are so attractive and keep my water cold all day.
