I hate to give a bad review, I truly do. On February 27, I placed an order for some "dog" napkins. On March 2, I received an e-mail saying my order had shipped. So far - great! On March 4, my order was delivered, however it was incorrect. I promptly contacted the company to let them know I received "cat" napkins instead of dog. First world problem, I know but when you are having a "dog" party, well...see where I am going there. When I contacted the company, they were quick to tell me they would be shipping out the correct napkins very soon. I reached back out to the company a few days ago and was told my order was being processed. As of today, March 15, I still have not received my corrected order. Right up until the oopsie daisy of the wrong napkins/shipping, I was impressed. But again, theme parties require the correct theme supplies so we still await our "dog" napkins.
